Stay Fresh Artist Series 36: A Tribute to Nickelodeon

Listen up, kids!

Grab your Gak, dodge the green slime, and pull up a TV tray in front of the tube. We're throwing it back to our childhood with our very first exhibition dedicated to the weird, wild, and wackfully orange world of Nickelodeon.

Before streaming, there was one place that belonged to the kids. Whether you spent your afternoons hanging with Tommy & Chucky, getting weird with Ren & Stimpy, solving life mysteries with Clarissa, surviving the Hidden Temple, or staying up for SNICK, Nickelodeon shaped an entire generation's imagination.

For our next show, we're bringing together artists to celebrate the cartoons, game shows, bumpers, logos, characters, and unforgettable moments that made Nickelodeon the inspiration factory of the '80s and '90s.

Expect nostalgia. Expect laughs. Expect slime.

This one's for the kids who never really grew up.

Call for Art

Artists are invited to create an original piece inspired by any Nickelodeon property or memory. Artwork may reference television shows, characters, game shows, bumpers, logos, toys, green slime, or anything else from the Nickelodeon universe.

Interpretations can be literal or abstract, funny or heartfelt. Surprise us.
Art is due July 28th by 5 pm.
Out-of-Towners, welcome to mail pieces in! Must provide a return label if the work does not sell.
