Grab your knee pads and your favorite sticks of color, it's that time of year for the 2026 Stay Fresh Chalk Jam! On July 25th, during this year's Downtown Arts & Craft Fest, watch over 50 artists take to the sidewalks with beautiful works of art all done in chalk!

Interested in participating in the event? Here are the details:
The Stay Fresh Chalk Jam
July 26th 9am - 4pm 
Montgomery Street (200 Block) Syracuse, NY.
Kids (under 17) $12
Adults(18 and up): $20

Each entrant will receive:
• A Box of 48 Ct Crayola Sidewalk Chalk
• A Chalk Jam Tote Bag • Printed by the Print Hub Chalk
• Jam Stickers
• Water
• Each entrant will have a space on the sidewalk to create their artwork.

Artwork will be judged at 3pm, and prizes will be awarded between 3pm and 4pm. Prize Categories will be announced on the day of the show.
There will be a top prize for (1)Adult and one for (1)Youth.
Smaller prizes are also awarded.
